Press Shop Fleet

Our Press Shop is divided in two areas: A small press fleet and big press fleet. Components for important international companies in the automotive industry are mostly formed in these areas.

Series production crowns the development activity of the production process and focuses mainly on the delivery of parts. As such, it admits no excuses on delivery time, product quality and process efficiency. Stability and reliability of the process is key in ensuring the quality of the produced parts. It is not however the only factor that comes into play to ensure the success of the customer project, as a certain degree of flexibility is required to fulfill customer needs.

New Twin Servo Press

Twin Servo technology offers increased flexibility in die configuration. New possibilities for methodological planning are created by greater permitted forces in individual stations, as well as significantly greater off-centre loading capability of the machine. The extremely high tilting stability, combined with a smaller spring-back, increases part quality of the components, helps to reduce die wear, and shortens die start-up times.

Twin Servo Technology

The press consists of a press bed, guide blocks with an integrated sliding balancing system, and 4 piston rods with a tensile design for guiding the slide and transmitting the press force to the slide. The press welds (base, slide and moving bushes) are rigid and stressed. A decentralised Twin Servo drive is integrated in the press bed under the floor and electronic synchronisation of the drives is guaranteed.
